HOW WE STARTED

EVERYTHING MADE BY HAND

The Craft Bakery is a family-run, traditional bakery in North Norfolk, run by husband & wife team, Paul & Laura. Baking seven days a week out of their industrial units in Northrepps, Cromer, making fresh bread, award-winning sourdough, rolls, pastries, savouries and a huge selection of cakes.

From classic traybakes to fresh cream cakes, everything is made by hand with quality ingredients. As well as their well established high street shop in Sheringham, they also have shops in Cromer, North Walsham & Mundesley.

Laura Thomas, co-owner of the Craft Cakery, said: “We’re so excited to open the doors to the Craft Cakery and share our love of baking with the local community here in Cromer.
